Returns & Exchanges

At Tile ProSource, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tile or home improvement materials aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your tiles in their original boxes and secure them to a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit, as items damaged during return shipping cannot be refunded.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix your RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the items back to our designated distribution center using your preferred insured carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality and quantity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
